Yakkr Growth is an all-in-one platform to help Twitch streamers grow their channels and get more viewers. I helped them design their Ad landing pages.

What was the problem?
Yakkr had a great brand aesthetic already, their product looked fantastic and their website was in pretty good shape.
But, on closer inspection, what became obvious was the lack of conversion elements and trust signals on their landing pages - ultimately their ad traffic wasn’t converting anywhere near where it deserved to be.

How did I solve it?
First, we explored what assets the business had that we could use to improve trust.
We took the best customer reviews, partner logos, and testimonials and strategically placed them on the landing pages to encourage visitors to take action by feeling reassured that this was a legitimate business.
Next, we showed visitors behind the curtain with some great product screenshots and feature videos.
With a product that doesn’t have a free trial like Yakkr Growth’s, it’s important to show the inner workings of the product or service so people can trust that they’re buying something with substance that will actually help them.
What were the results?
These design and messaging changes make a huge difference directly to Yakkr’s bottom-line.
And that’s exactly what I aim to do. I don’t believe in pretty websites. I believe in websites that work. It just so happens they look great too 😉

“The biggest problem for us was that we thought our landing pages were actually quite good already. They looked nice, were on brand and had some good conversion elements.

And after that, we ensured the messaging on the page told a convincing and compelling narrative.
We presented the features with the benefits as the focus. Instead of saying things like “Keep track of viewer activity in real-time” we said “Keep your viewers engaged effortlessly”.
This simple shift makes the product about the customer and what it can do for them, rather than what the product can do in general.
